This hotel is located just 50 m from the nearest beach, which may be reached by passing through a subway. Links to the public transport network are also just a few paces away (50 m) as are shopping venues, bars and pubs (approximately 200 m away). The nearest nightclub may easily be reached on foot (1 km).

Renovated in 2001, this 5-storey hotel comprises a total of 130 rooms. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility and a lift in addition to a bar, a pub, a TV room, a games room and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area. Furthermore, there is a conference room and a public Internet terminal to be taken advantage of and those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities. Finally, room, laundry and medical services round off the facilities on offer and there is a bicycle storage facility and a playground for younger guests.
