The luxury hotel lies directly by the beach at the end of the promenade close the Amathus excavations. There is a bus stop situated right next to the hotel from where a bus departs to Limassol, which lies 15 km away. The closest nightclub is located 11 km away.

This hotel comprises a total of 216 rooms spread over 8 floors. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and a lift. There are also shops, a bar, a pub, a hairdressing salon and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant (with highchairs for children) available for use.
